International students can earn a U.S. diploma from a recognized, fully accredited U.S. high school.

The American College in Spain offers a high school diploma through The University of Nebraska High School, a fully accredited program whereby students can complete their high school in Spain.

How it Works 

With a tailor-made program, classes are taught by a team of qualified teachers specialized in different subjects. We offer personal academic advice to all students, national and international, at all ages and levels of study.

The University of Nebraska High School advises students individually and assigns the courses necessary for high school completion. Students attend classes at the American College in Spain every day.

All homework, testing, and grades are done through the University of Nebraska High School.

How to register:

PRE-ADMISSION: If a student comes from another High School center and has already passed some subjects, to proceed with a registration, UNHS has to evaluate the student’s transcript, in order to determine which subjects are needed to graduate (based on his/her previous studies). The following documents are required:

  1. Transcription Evaluation Form
  2. Payment of the transcript evaluation fee – € 85
  3. Passport photocopy. If Spanish national or resident, national identification document (DNI /NIE)

Once UNHS has evaluated the student’s transcript or the student is starting from the first year, the main registration at ACS can begin. The following documents are required:

  1. Application Form (If you have already requested the evaluation form, you do not have to fill it again)
  2. Passport photocopy. If Spanish national or resident, national identification document (DNI /NIE)
  3. 150€ Administration fee
  4. Payment of the deposit required to secure the place – € 3,700
